Michael Barnes is the writer of the Out & About column for the Austin American-Statesman, and a long-time fixture in Austin’s arts scene. He’s also written extensively about Austin’s history on subjects ranging from the 150 year old Wesley United Methodist Church to segregation, drone photography and more.
Now he’s put together a collection of his work. Indelible Austin: Selected Histories will be available in October. You can find out more about the book here on its Facebook page.
